We are currently looking for a receptionist for a reputable company in Kirkland. This position is a temporary contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension. The receptionist will be able to wear many hats in the company.
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Contract for 3 months with possibility of extension
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing post
Must be perfectly bilingual English/ French (Written and Spoken)
Administrative experience
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook )
Have experience dealing with customers
