Ledcor Highway Maintenance is now hiring Paint Truck operators with strong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset to support our highway maintenance team in the greater Edmonton area.
Your expertise in heavy equipment operation organization and teamwork will contribute to the success of our crews and the safety of the traveling this role youll support the Foreperson and work alongside our highway maintenance teams.

Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with industry standards
Operate equipment on highways and work sites safely and efficiently
Lead by example consistently upholding Ledcors core values: safety quality integrity sustainability and success
Mentor and develop team members fostering a strong and efficient crew
Ensure prompt response to health safety and environmental concerns
Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance with supervisors and equipment managers
Perform minor equipment maintenance in-house and escalate larger repair needs as required
2 years of paint truck operations loading procedures and maintenance
- Valid Class 5 1 or 3 drivers license with air endorsement and a clear 3-year drivers abstract
- Understanding of provincial and/or municipal highway maintenance specifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a related field
- Computer skills are an asset
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Start Date: April 13th - Spring/Summer Seasonal work : Travel shift work on-call availability and night shifts required during operating months
- Work locations span provincial and municipal highways across Alberta
- Preference given to local candidates based on the nature of work
