We’re looking for a Assistant Condominium Manager (Graduated Licensing Program) to join our team in Calgary. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property administration, real estate, or customer service who’s ready to take the next step toward becoming a licensed Condominium Manager .
You’ll be a key point of contact for residents, board members, and contractors—helping ensure smooth communication, timely service, and well-organized documentation.
Assisting Condominium Managers with day-to-day operations of condominium properties
Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communications
Preparing meeting materials, notices, and correspondence for boards and residents
Helping maintain accurate records and documentation
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge
You have experience in property administration, real estate, or a related field
You enjoy helping people and building positive relationships
You’re curious about condominium management and eager to learn
You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
