Barista, Full Time & Part Time

We are looking for candidates to join our Front of House Team. The candidate will have the opportunity to flourish and grow in their skills as we continue to expand!

The majority of time is spent working with customers to take orders, answer product questions, pack donuts, and produce high quality drinks.

This job is not a summer job, and we are only looking for team members who can commit to a minimum of 20 hrs per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Displays a friendly and inviting attitude. Responding to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

Accurately record and pack orders.

Provide high quality beverages and customer service.

Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash procedures.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of front space and equipment, including dishwashing.

DETAILS

Must have customer service experience. Preference will be given to those with barista experience, but full training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Availability requirement: Multiple roles - evenings and daytime shifts available.
