Commercial Property Assistant

Commercial Property Administrator In-person Role: Local applicants only, must be a resident of Canada.

We are a family business specializing in the management of commercial plazas. The Commercial Property Administrator will play a critical role in our office's day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications. The successful candidate will track rent payments, organize leases, write correspondence, and communicate with tenants.

Organize Leases: Maintain and organize lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily acceptable.

Draft and send letters, notices, and other communications to tenants as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.

General Administrative Duties: Preform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, etc.

Requirements:- Proven experience in office administration, preferably within property management or real estate industry- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
