Ledcor is actively hiring Drillers, Blasters, and Equipment Operators for civil and mining projects across Canada. These are steady, long-term roles with solid crews, reliable work, and clear direction.

If you show up prepared, take pride in your work, and look out for your crew, we’ll back you with the training, support, and leadership to succeed.

Operate surface drill rigs (CAT MD6200, Epiroc SmartROC T45, or similar)

Work with top hammer and DTH drilling systems

Complete hole logs and support pattern QA/QC

Operate safely and work independently with minimal supervision

Hands-on experience in civil or surface mining work, ideally around drill and blast crews, or the motivation to learn drill and blast operations from the ground up

Ability to work rotations, shifts, and overtime

Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Ability to work up to 12 hour rotating day/night shifts in all weather conditions

Travel allowances provided from anywhere in Canada

Living out allowance or camp available

Various shifts available
