What you will do:

Maintain parking lot electrical systems and monitor their condition.

Perform maintenance and repairs on building structures, including wood components, using appropriate carpentry tools.

Seal cracks, paint building elements, and complete general building repairs as needed.

Monitor and support the operation of HVAC equipment.

Conduct routine run tests of facility backup power systems and fire pumps.

Demonstrate working knowledge of fire protection systems and gas-operated heating systems.

Perform repairs on facility machinery and equipment, including wrappers, high-speed doors, and other powered devices.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized building environment.

What You'll Need

Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.

Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience.

Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools, and willingness to learn the operation of building systems.

Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to prioritize and adapt to new tasks as they arise.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete documentation clearly and accurately.
