What You Will Be Doing
Arrange sales of medical equipment and conduct fittings.
Ensure that all customers after sale service requirements are being met.
Answers phone inquiries, identifies and resolves client concerns.
Appropriately issues refunds and handles customer complaints according to Rexall protocol.
Stock shelves and inform the purchaser when inventory is low.
Keep knowledge of HHC related products and services current and attend in-service and product training when applicable.
Complete all required paperwork and other administrative requirements in a timely and professional manner.
How You Will Succeed
Training (certification) in at least 2 of the following: ostomy, compression garments, insoles, orthopedic braces, trusses, toilet seating, catheter, prosthetic and walker fittings, etc.
Computer skills, including: Word, Internet, Excel, POS software
Functional and technical knowledge of mobility equipment and general HHC supplies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Punctual and reliable
