Aggregate Resource Manager - PLA000970 Employment Type : SGEU Term 9 months or more Location(s) : SK-North Central-Prince Albert Ministry : 016 Highways Salary Range : $36.703-$45.993 Hourly Grade : SGEU.10. In the Materials and Surfacing Unit of the Design and Construction Division, we serve many internal and external clients with their sand and gravel needs. To succeed in the role of Aggregate Resource Manager, you will require:
Proficiency in various computer systems and programs such as the Microsoft suite and AutoCAD.
Diplomatic, approachable, and collaborative qualities to build lasting working relationships.
The physical ability to conduct visual inspections, walk on uneven terrain, and occasionally lift and carry heavy sample bags weighing 8 kg to 20 kg.
Knowledge in project planning, management, and administration.
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through completion of a geoscience degree in fields such as geology, geography, or related disciplines, or a diploma in applied sciences and technology, coupled with related work experience.
Approximately 40% of the job involves travel to various gravel sources in the northern portion of the province. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently is necessary for this role.
