What you will do
- Operate power tools
- Grind and finish concrete surfaces
- Repair surface defects, air voids, and minor damage
- Inspect products
- Follow all safety policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Assist with general labor and production tasks
What you bring
- Experience in concrete, construction, or manufacturing is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors and in variable weather
- Comfortable working in environments with noise and dust
