Customer Support Representative/Tech Support

These materials enable our customers to make fine jewellery, coins, high-purity glass and industrial catalysts. Umicore also enables the sustainable and responsible sourcing of these metals and provides closed-loop recycling for our customers. To make the most of these materials we cannot stand still. Daily support for customers in providing them with current pricing, quotes, entering and processing orders.
Provide administrative support such as handling incoming inquiries, invoicing, filing, and mail
Inform customers of new products, services promotions and upcoming events
Register new customer by opening accounts
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; expediting correction or adjustment; College diploma or equivalent in business administration, marketing or similar field combined with previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Advanced computer skills (Outlook, MS Office)
This is a replacement position due to a recent vacancy
Hourly rate for this position is $20 an hour
