Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Starting wage from $19.00 per hour.

Rotating shifts that include weekends, and holidays.

As a Production Operator at Canada Packers , you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality animal feed in a safe, efficient, and team-driven environment.

This position is part of a collaborative team that includes maintenance technicians and truck drivers, all working together to meet daily production goals. As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and supporting daily feed production. Working with machines, equipment & computer systems to produce animal feed

Following manufacturing practices & safety policies

Following housekeeping standards

Operation of plant equipment to achieve daily production targets

Collecting raw material and final product samples and performing tests to ensure raw material and final product meet specifications

Following quality standards and ensuring proper documentation for feed safety

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset
