The Part-Time Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotel. This position is responsible for front desk guest services during overnight hours while completing daily audit procedures accurately and efficiently. This is a part-time overnight position, typically scheduled for two (2) overnight shifts per week. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, and some weeks may require availability for additional shifts based on operational needs.
Deliver exceptional guest service at all times, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience during overnight hours
Complete all nightly audit functions, including balancing daily transactions and closing the business day in accordance with Hilton brand standards
Process payments, handle cash, credit cards, and foreign currency in compliance with hotel credit and cash-handling policies
Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and on-property services
Monitor hotel security during overnight hours, following all safety, fire, and emergency procedures
OnQ) and front office systems accurately and confidently
Support other departments during overnight operations as needed
Adhere to all Hilton brand standards, policies, and procedures
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or a customer-focused service environment preferred
Ability to work independently during overnight hours while remaining proactive and accountable
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
