Full Time Client Support Assistant

Business Line: Surety Hours Per Week: 35 (Full-Time)
Job Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Wage Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The Client Assistant, Surety is responsible for providing administrative support for the daily activities relating to providing Commercial bonds to our customers within the Surety team

Assisting Client Managers to ensure clients needs are met
Assist Accounting to resolve accounts receivable discrepancies
Perform other administrative tasks as required

Proficient with all of Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
Accounting and high transactional experience is an asset.
Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well.
