We are dedicated to collaborating with animal hospitals by enhancing their in-person services, extending care availability and easing the workload on brick-and-mortar practices. Our goal is to support overburdened hospitals by providing patient care when it's needed most, whether during regular hours or after. VetWise is expanding and seeking passionate remote Veterinarians to join our growing team in Alberta! As a member of our network, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work according to your own schedule. Whether you want to provide care in your spare time or are seeking casual, part-time or full-time opportunities, this position allows you to practice veterinary medicine while enhancing access to care for pet owners and alleviating the workload for hospitals.
Provide virtual consultations for pet owners across Alberta and other provinces (if applicable)
Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
Unrestricted license to practice veterinary medicine in Alberta
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
A passion for improving access to veterinary care
Work remotely from the comfort of your home
