TMA Systems is a leading provider of enterprise Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solutions. Our flagship product, WebTMA, is designed to streamline maintenance operations, enhance asset management, and ensure compliance with industry standards. We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the development and success of WebTMA's mobile apps.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our small, agile team dedicated to developing a new mobile application. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development process, from architecture and design to coding, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to create a high-quality, user-friendly app. The ideal candidate is proficient Flutter, has a strong background in mobile UI/UX design, and is passionate about building innovative solutions. Design and develop robust mobile applications using Flutter to deploy iOS and Android apps.
Write clean, maintainable, unit/integration tested, and efficient Dart code.
Create high-performance, scalable apps implementing features that are fast and intuitive to use.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and address technical challenges.
Keep abreast of new technology trends and incorporate them into our projects to enhance our technology stack and development practices.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define and new feature implementations.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance while fostering team culture of learning and development.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on mobile and Flutter mobile development.
