As a Sales Associate youll have the autonomy to shape your path and drive your own success. With unlimited earning potential and access to the resources you need to gain a competitive edge and exceed your goals this is your launchpad for success.
Your strengths lie in building strong relationships coming up with innovative solutions and finding ways to make them happen. Ideally youll have an interest in commercial real estate previous sales experience (although not required) you are not afraid of business development and wont take no for an answer. Youll have the autonomy to manage your own territory while accessing a global network of market-leading research marketing and project management experts to support you.
A valid drivers license and fully insured automobile.
Possess strong computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus skills and experience
Previous business development and/or sales activities such as cold-calling and market research.
Experience in commercial real estate or related industry
You reach and/or exceed your sales quota consistently.
You apply traditional and innovative sales methods including compelling presentations virtual demonstrations and networking within the local business community.
