We are multinational IT and Management Consulting firm. We help our client manage and deliver tech project in various industries.
Our client, a leading midsize accounting and advisory firm with offices in Vancouver and Toronto, is currently seeking a Senior Programmer to join their Digital Technology practice. This firm offers value-added audit, tax, and advisory solutions supporting local businesses across every major industry sector, from large, publicly traded companies to emerging and owner-managed businesses. Leveraging specialty services from partners across Canada and globally through an international affiliation, they foster meaningful careers and a commitment to building great relationships, conversations, and futures.
Please note that this a 12-month contract position with the possibility of being made permanent.
regularly evaluate the applications interaction flow, analyze the data and propose improvement strategies to optimize existing applications, automation routines (BOTS) and scripts and improve user experience.
Analyzing the requirements and specifications of various projects and proposing solutions.
Writing, debugging, and testing code for various automation routines, application features and components.
Collaborating with other developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders
Collaborate and co-lead the team of other IT specialists whenever necessary.
Updating and improving existing applications to enhance performance, security, and usability.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Programmer or Software Developer, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
