What this role is all about:
Beem Credit Union is looking for a Member Services Advisor to join our Barriere Branch. As a Member Service Advisor at Beem you play a vital role in driving our companys financial success. By addressing our members core needs with excellence you not only enhance their experience but also identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell additional products and services.
What youll do:
Open accounts process investments & lending transactions.
Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.
Process member transactions such as deposits withdrawals transfers bill payments wires drafts term deposits etc.
Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit ATM balancing Night Deposit etc.
Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.
A little about your qualifications:

• 1-3 years of job-related experience in a financial sales and service environment
• Basic understanding of credit products and procedures
• Knowledgeable in full range of investment products
• Financial planning courses considered an asset
• High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
