Temporary Electrical Supervisor

We are currently looking for Electrical Supervisors, both Foremen and Superintendents to join our team!

Competitive pay rates
Determine method of construction, safety procedures and requirements, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and document actual hours worked
Coordinate assigned work with different crafts, company departments and/or other contractors
Maintain liaison with safety department, engineering, estimating and planning to ensure work complies with safety policies, drawings, specifications and schedules
Serve as senior technical advisor to project supervision to assist in difficult construction, or start-up problems
Assist in the development of supervision training programs
Provide expertise and technical knowledge to others
Actively track scope work utilizing the Change and Trend Management process
Align crews with adequate supervision to accomplish tasks in a safe effective manner
Assign Shift Work Assignments to appropriate level of supervision
Coordinate subcontractor involvement in work activities
Verify quality/inspection of installation
Provide Front Line supervision
Regularly communicate work progress, schedule variance, crew and safety performance to the client and project manager
Verify accuracy of daily progression
Manage employees through performance appraisals and discipline
Follow all company policies and procedures including Company’s Health and Safety program
Understand and follow company Quality Control Program
Professional, approachable and customer-service oriented
Has been responsible for managing, organizing and executing work for crews
Electrical Trade Certification/Red Seal
Travel may be required
