The Specialty Program Manager – Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) plays a critical role in supporting cardiac, renal, metabolic disease patients prescribed specialty therapies. The role leads the identification, development, and national rollout of specialty pharmaceutical programs. This role combines clinical expertise and commercial orientation to grow service uptake, optimize patient access, and oversee a small clinical team (e.g., Specialty Program Manager

Analyze clinical landscape, unmet needs, referral patterns, payer dynamics, and specialty distribution to identify program opportunities and target accounts.
Serve as clinical subject matter expert (SME) for therapy administration, safety monitoring, adverse-event escalation, and patient management.
Build relationships with KOLs, specialty clinics/infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and patient advocacy organizations.
Develop training and playbooks to support reimbursement team, Business Development Managers, and key-account engagement.
Collaborate with BDM’s on territory planning and escalate complex clinical or access issues.
Track KPIs (enrollment, time-to-first-dose, adherence/persistence, program conversion, revenue impact) and drive continuous improvement.

Degree in Nursing, or related healthcare field.
