Bids & Proposals Writer

As a Proposal Writer (NOC 51112), you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and delivering persuasive, accurate, and compliant proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other client requests. This role requires a combination of strong writing skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while collaborating with multiple departments. This is a full time position and will be based out of our Abbottsford, BC office.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, edit, and proofread proposal documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and create compelling proposal content.
Review and interpret bid documents, identifying deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements.
Organize and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and support documentation.
Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Participate in strategy sessions to refine proposal messaging and win themes.
Ensure that all proposal materials follow company branding, style, and quality standards.

Previous experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or related work strongly preferred.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, Business or International Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing or similar role.

Competitive salary range: $74,000 – $78,000 annually. This is based on a 37.5 hour work week.
