Chemical Operator I
GFL Environmental Inc.
Operate equipment in a safe and proper manner in accordance to GFL Environmental Inc. Sample containerized waste, vac trucks and tanker
Off load various trucks into tank farm
Operate PLC
Treat various industrial wastewater using a variety of reagents
Assist in on site spill response
Environmental or Chemical Engineering Technician or Technologist of related Diploma
Previous lab, sales and industry experience is an asset
Competent computer skills (MS Windows and Office)
Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision
Willing to work overtime, and continental shift work
347 and Ontario Health and Safety Act an asset
