Service Support Advisor

Orangeville Toyota is looking for a Service Advisor to add to their team in Orangeville.
Our Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service. They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required to their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance.
The Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.
The Service Advisor is a great role to improve and perfect your customer service skills while having the opportunity to develop strong product knowledge and sales techniques.

Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
Dealing with customer’s inquiries and concerns.
Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred - but not required, training can be provided.
Strong technical/mechanical knowledge is required.
Experience with the Toyota brand is considered an asset.
Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.
A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
