We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. Engage with Customers: Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their needs, and guide them to the perfect Ford vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget.

Provide Expert Guidance: Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently, ensuring customers feel informed and empowered.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Sales Manager and fellow consultants to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Continuously update your knowledge of Ford’s latest models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

A positive, can-do approach with a genuine desire to help customers.

Drive: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and familiarity with automotive financing.
