- Work seamlessly with fellow kitchen team members to ensure a smooth flow of service. Quality control: Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes to uphold Okini's standards. Identify and address any issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Keep your work station and the overall kitchen area clean and organized. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment by adapting to changing priorities and responding effectively to high-pressure situations. Embrace a "can-do" attitude to contribute to the success of the kitchen team.
