Position Information Job Title Dining Room and Events Supervisor Appointment Type Full-Time Temporary (Maternity Leave) Position Dates Aug 18, 2025 - May 1, 2026 Hours per week/FTE 40 About the Position The Dining Room and Events Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Garden Court Dining Room and campus events both internal or external. Proper execution of functions and events as clients request. This position reports to the Manager of Food Services and the School of Culinary Arts and the Chair of the School of Culinary Arts. Position Details Daily tasks include training staff and students in proper service for the dining room in varying styles. This will include scheduling, recruitment and training of staff as needed. Individual will need to maintain high level of professionalism, cleanliness and task timeliness and adhere to budgetary restrictions and maintain a proper inventory of food service items and beverage supplies. High School Diploma

Minimum three-years supervisory role in a food service operation

Minimum one-year College program, preference given to hospitality based training
