Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant and packaging equipment through mechanical repairs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Support continuous production and equipment reliability while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Perform general mechanical repairs preventative maintenance and daily equipment inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery; coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
Support installation and validation of new or transferred equipment; Design construct and install plant fixtures structures and special-purpose devices.
Perform general building repairs as needed.
Follow ISO9001 GMP and EH&S policies and procedures.
Licensed Millwright; post-secondary education and/or apprenticeship.

• 57 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics and logic controls.
• Proficient in machining welding and use of shop and hand tools.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and external contractors.
• Physically able to meet job demands (medical clearance required).
• Robotic programming experience.

Knowledge of chemical handling procedures.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
