You’ll also assist with basic administrative tasks like tracking documents, processing forms, and maintaining records. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Respond to inquiries (phone, in person, or electronic) or direct them to the appropriate person
Maintain office supply inventory; Support administrative processes (budget submissions, contracts, work schedules)
Sort, process, and verify receipts, expenditures, and other documents
Help coordinate workflow for office support staff, as needed
Word, Excel, databases, and other software)
Collaborate effectively in an office and team environment (experience considered an asset)

College diploma/University degree in related field.
