We are seeking a Sales Coordinator - Ontario to join our Sales team (Hybrid). Reporting to the Sales Support Manager this role is responsible for ensuring Mooseheads front-line Sales team in Ontario has all the tools and resources they need to succeed presented in a clear logical and easily digestible format.
The Sales Coordinator works closely with colleagues in Sales Support Regional Sales Directors and Key Account Managers while also collaborating cross-functionally with Brand and Trade Marketing teams.
Management of Mooseheads CRM tool including administration reporting training and updating
Management of Provincial Promotion Grids for assigned Markets
Prepare and roll out Period Selling Package to Field Sales in assigned Markets
Lead sales operations communications and process with the regional sales team
Manage and update period selling tools for field execution
Anticipate and recognize the need for process improvements new sales and reporting tools
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
