The City of Regina is seeking an experienced HR Consultant HR Systems & Analytics to lead and optimize HR technology platforms and analytics capabilities across the organization and its subsidiaries. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate configuration compliance and data integrity within multi-ERP environments while driving workforce insights that inform strategic decisions.
Provide strategic leadership for HR technology operations and analytics.
Oversee HRMS modules and integrations across corporate and subsidiary entities
Supervise a team of highly skilled HR Business Analysts.
Lead HR technology projects including requirements gathering testing implementation and post-implementation support.
Prepare and present workforce analytics and dashboards to senior leadership.
Manage vendor relationships prepare RFPs participate in contract evaluations and oversee billing and service delivery.
Ensure compliance risk mitigation and governance for all HR systems and reporting.
Oversee design configuration testing and implementation of HR modules and applications within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SAP SuccessFactors or similar ERP platforms.
Lead policy and procedure development related to HRMS and consult with business leaders on system needs.
Represent HR on committees and working groups providing subject matter expertise on HRMS and analytics.
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field; Extensive knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems including technical administrative legislative and compliance aspects.
Strong understanding of HR analytics and ability to interpret data for strategic insights.
Strong knowledge of project management principles including change management.
Knowledge of collective agreements and HR policies.
Ability to identify risks analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Experience working with HRMS or ERP platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Oracle HCM SAP SuccessFactors Workday PeopleSoft or similar systems.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms.
