Were looking for a customer-focused organized and energetic Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers youll play a key role in delivering a smooth professional and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

Ascertain auto services by listening to customers description of symptoms; conducting inspections; taking test drives; examining service schedules
Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; Develop estimates by costing materials supplies and labour; calculating customers payment including deductibles
entering RO into service database system
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customers approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; arranging towing and temporary transportation
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum 1 - 2 years as a service advisor or in a related customer service role
Dealership experience considered a major asset
Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
