Department Manager - Customer Service

As a Department Manager for our client, you are a dynamic and motivated supervisor looking to grow their career while enjoying the natural beauty of Northern Canada. The ability to relocate to a northern community in Canada
- Retail, grocery, fast food and/or hospitality background is an asset
- Customer and community-centric attitude to all that you do
A competitive compensation package includes a salary starting at $48,000 to $58,000+, a bonus of up to 30% base salary, profit sharing, monthly housing and food costs and so much more.

Develop a weekly schedule to meet the needs of the business, with flexibility to respond to the unique challenges of a remote and isolated location
Responsible for ordering products and managing inventory levels to ensure stock is adequately maintained and available for customers.
Motivate and provide staff training and tools to provide exceptional customer service
Actively participate in helping to support career progression for your team members
