Customer Service Representative
Location: Canada Remote
Contract Details: Full time
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product or service information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries
- Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
High school diploma or equivalent; Previous customer service experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
