As a Pre-Planning Director located out of our Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec office, you will develop customer relationships to pre-arrange funerals and related cemetery products and services. You can take pride in knowing your work directly supports families as they arrange for the significant milestones ahead. Demonstrates strong customer service skills with the ability to partner will all levels of the organization.
Presenting to community organizations, and hosting seminars and mall shows, notifying agencies and special groups about the pre-need programs and reviewing all files.
Participating in funeral home and cemetery staff and management meetings, communicates regularly with all funeral home and cemetery staff to obtain and provide information on the families served or new lead sources.
Other duties or special projects as required.
Preferred languages: Filipino “Tagalog”, Saudi, Lebanese, Egyptian, “Arabic” Language and Caribbean culture – Jamaica, Antigua, Barbados etc.
