Clearpoint Health Network is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (French/English) to support our Quebec operations while partnering closely with the National Recruiter on recruitment initiatives across Canada. This hybrid role is based out of one of our Centres in Quebec or Ontario and is evenly split, with 50% focused on recruitment and 50% on HR Generalist responsibilities. The role works collaboratively with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and site administrators to support operational and people priorities.
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources services, including full-cycle recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, and the execution of HR programs. This position contributes to HR strategies that support talent attraction, engagement, compliance, retention, and performance, with a strong emphasis on healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment (50%):
Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for Quebec-based roles and support national recruitment initiatives as required.
Partner with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, ATS tracking, and background/reference checks.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, professional associations, educational institutions, social media, and referrals.
Monitor new-hire retention and identify trends to inform recruitment and retention strategies.
Represent Clearpoint positively at recruitment events (occasional travel within Canada required).

HR Generalist Support – Quebec (50%):
Provide HR guidance and partner with French-speaking leadership teams on HR strategies, ensuring clear and effective communication in both official languages.
Support change management initiatives and deliver tailored HR solutions.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires in French.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition activities, and team-building efforts.
Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with Quebec labour standards and language legislation.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with the HR Director and HR Business Partners.
Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience , preferably in a bilingual environment.
Demonstrated experience with Quebec employment standards and employee relations.
Bilingual Communication: Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all organizational levels.
Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven success with full-cycle recruitment, innovative sourcing strategies, and ATS platforms; Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms; experience with ADP is an asset.
Employment Law Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment legislation, particularly Quebec labour and language requirements.
Interpersonal & Influence Skills: Strong relationship-building, influencing, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Healthcare Recruitment Experience (Asset): Prior exposure to healthcare or clinical recruitment is considered an advantage.

Clearpoint Health Network est à la recherche d’un(e) Généraliste RH bilingue (français/anglais) pour soutenir ses opérations au Québec, tout en collaborant étroitement avec le recruteur national dans le cadre des initiatives de recrutement à l’échelle canadienne. Ce poste hybride est basé dans l’un de nos centres au Québec ou en Ontario et se répartit équitablement entre 50 % de recrutement et 50 % de responsabilités de généraliste RH. Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les leaders d’affaires, les partenaires d’affaires RH et les administrateurs de sites afin de soutenir les priorités opérationnelles et humaines.
Le ou la généraliste RH joue un rôle clé dans la prestation quotidienne des services de ressources humaines, incluant le recrutement complet, l’administration du cycle de vie des employés et la mise en œuvre des programmes RH. Ce poste contribue aux stratégies RH visant l’attraction des talents, l’engagement, la conformité, la rétention et la performance, avec un fort accent sur le recrutement dans le secteur de la santé.
Principales responsabilités – Recrutement (50 %):
Diriger et gérer le recrutement de bout en bout pour les postes basés au Québec et soutenir les initiatives de recrutement nationales au besoin.
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche pour évaluer les besoins en main-d’œuvre et fournir des conseils experts en recrutement.
Gérer les affichages de postes, les bassins de candidats, le suivi dans le système ATS ainsi que les vérifications de références et d’antécédents.
Développer et maintenir des bassins de talents par le réseautage, les associations professionnelles, les établissements d’enseignement, les médias sociaux et les références.
Suivre la rétention des nouvelles embauches et analyser les tendances afin d’orienter les stratégies de recrutement et de rétention.
Représenter Clearpoint de façon positive lors d’événements de recrutement (déplacements occasionnels au Canada requis).

Soutien à titre de généraliste RH – Québec (50 %):
Fournir des conseils RH et collaborer avec les équipes de direction francophones sur les stratégies RH, en assurant une communication claire et efficace dans les deux langues officielles.
Soutenir les initiatives de gestion du changement et offrir des solutions RH adaptées.
Animer les séances d’accueil et d’orientation des nouveaux employés en français.
Fournir des conseils sur les politiques RH et assurer la conformité aux normes du travail du Québec et à la législation linguistique.
Appuyer la gestion des relations de travail, incluant les enquêtes et mesures disciplinaires, en collaboration avec le directeur RH et les partenaires d’affaires RH.
Soutenir les initiatives de formation, de gestion de la performance et de développement des employés.
Formation:
~ Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.

Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience progressive en ressources humaines, idéalement dans un environnement bilingue.
Communication bilingue : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement et professionnellement à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

  • Expertise en acquisition de talents : Succès démontré en recrutement complet, stratégies de sourcing innovantes et utilisation de plateformes ATS; Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des systèmes HRIS; Connaissance du droit du travail : Bonne compréhension de la législation du travail, particulièrement les exigences du Québec en matière de travail et de langue.
  • Expérience en recrutement en santé (atout) : Une expérience préalable en recrutement dans le secteur de la santé ou clinique est considérée comme un avantage.
