We support a hybrid work environment and offer our lawyers and staff with the resources and assistance to grow as professionals and people. Training and support is offered to new lawyers, so that they can reach their potential.
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for providing exceptional legal services. As a Lawyer, you will represent clients in various legal matters, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for their best interests. You will engage in representing clients in court proceedings, legal research, drafting documents, and negotiating settlements while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions with precision.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear guidance.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies.
Proficient in legal research tools such as Canlii to gather relevant case law and statutes.
Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients during settlements.
Exceptional writing abilities for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
Excellent communication skills to articulate legal concepts to clients and colleagues effectively.
