Job Responsibility:
Competencies: Agile Way of Working, ReactJS Experience (Years): 8-10
Essential Skills:
React.js: Expertise in building user interfaces with React.js, including component creation, state management, and routing.
Node.js and Express.js: Deep knowledge of Node.js for server-side development and Express.js for building RESTful APIs.
MongoDB: Experience working with MongoDB, including database design, querying, and data modeling.
Desirable Skills : Interpersonal skill
Role Description :
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Implement both front-end user interfaces with React.js and back-end server logic with Node.js and Express.js.
Work with MongoDB to design and implement data storage solutions and ensure efficient data retrieval.
Build and integrate APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and optimize applications for speed and performance.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the development of internal coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development practices.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Participate in Agile sprints and collaborate in the planning, development, and deployment cycles.
