3 MONTH CONTRACT- TO PERMANENT

Assist Senior Building Operator

with mechanical rounds and the water treatment program.

contractors working in the building/s and ensure they comply with building

procedures and base building systems, as directed.

contribute to the safety and appearance of the buildings by picking up

Assist other Building Operators

and Maintenance staff with their tasks on a daily basis if called upon.

assigned by the Senior Building Operator, Assistant Property Manager

and/or Corporate Project Manager.

an operator in a commercial, retail and industrial buildings with a

thorough understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems,

including, work experience in pumps, motors, boilers, chillers, cooling

Knowledge of building automation

systems, controls and instrumentation would be a definite asset.

~ plumbing/electrical installations and repair with experience in handling

construction projects.

~ space plans, tenant build-out plans, full mechanical, electrical,

structural, plumbing drawings. Also a good understanding of fire, life

with minimum supervision.
