Proposal Manager
Do you like being at the heart of the action even before projects come to life ? Reporting to the sales team, you will play a key role in the pre-project phase , coordinating the various stakeholders to build tailored, cost-effective solutions that align with client needs. Support the sales team in qualifying and analyzing projects
Meet with Clients in order to fully understand their needs, define the scope of work, and propose concrete and advantageous solutions
Read and interpret quotes, technical requirements, and documents provided
Write comprehensive proposals, both technical and commercial
Answer customer questions and maintain a lasting relationship of trust
Follow up on opportunities in the CRM
DEC in Industrial Automation or Bachelor's degree in Automated Production
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (bids, estimates, project management)
- Member of the OIQ (an asset)
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
- Comfortable with the following suite Office
- Proficient with ERP and CRM systems
- Electrical control and diagrams power
- Excellent writing skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Structured approach to project management
