Make a meaningful difference every day as a Cleaner in a hospital setting. Reporting to the Supervisor - Environmental Services, the Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The Cleaner is responsible for ensuring all areas of the hospital are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to strict health and safety standards.

Ability to operate all floor cleaning equipment including auto-scrubbers, carpet shampooers, burnishers, floor polishers, etc.
Must possess good time management skills and be able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to read and write English
Basic computer skills
Assets:
Previous cleaning experience in a health care facility is an asset
Knowledge of WHMIS & Health & Safety regulations is an asset
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
Able to work scheduled shifts and call-ins, as required
