As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in building high-performing teams by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across our construction operations. This includes key roles in project management, field operations, preconstruction, and business support teams. You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Reporting to the HR Manager and partnering closely with Ventana hiring managers, you will manage full-cycle recruitment while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your key accountabilities will involve:

Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across construction projects and departments.

Managing recruitment of multiple job requisitions simultaneously.

Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.

Tracking recruiting metrics and providing regular reporting on hiring progress.

Representing the company professionally at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Applying recruitment knowledge, strategies, and experience to elevate the HR team and overall company performance.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your experience and qualifications will include:

• 3+ years of experience in construction-related recruitment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR and other professional networking and social media tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Proven track record of recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive labor markets.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
