The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and storing inventory in the warehouse. This role involves picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. They should also be able to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift. Physical stamina is essential since the tasks are consistent and fast-paced throughout the workday.

Pick and pack order in an accurate and efficient manner

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when required

Coordinates activities surrounding the warehouse operations

Unpack, inspect, sort and put stock away in appropriate locations

Ensure pallets and shelving units are in good working conditions

Organize stock and maintain inventories

Maintain safety compliance when operating material handling equipment

Follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations

Required to operate material handling equipment

Minimum 1 year of recent distribution or warehouse experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience using RF scanner or manual picking preferred but not required

Licensed with any one of the following forklifts: Counter balance , Raymond Reach, Order (Cherry) Picker, or Dock Stocker (Reach experience preferred) is a strong asset

Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

SAP background preferred but not required

Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
