Come and join our global team as a Field Service Representative working with our medical diagnostic imaging equipment to be based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

As a Field Service Representative you will be responsible for:

Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment

Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution

Controlling and completing electronic documentation

Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material

Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties

Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support

Excellent planning, critical thinking and time management skills

Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma

Solid computer skills

Customer service experience

Field service experience is an asset

Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes

Must have a valid passport
