Ce poste de coordonnateur/coordonnatrice de lexpérience client est classé comme un poste mobile (Roamer) nécessitant une présence au bureau quelques jours par semaine (3 jours) sauf si les besoins opérationnels exigent autrement.
Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice de lexpérience client travaillera 35 heures par semaine. Les tâches comprendront la prestation dinformations sur les services aux clients potentiels le soutien administratif et clinique ainsi que la communication et la collaboration efficaces entre les cliniciens les familles et les partenaires externes.
Vous pourriez être appelé(e) à travailler le soir la fin de semaine à horaires fractionnés ou lors de quarts plus courts de moins de 7 heures par jour. Vous pourriez devoir travailler dans plusieurs sites de Kinark selon les besoins opérationnels ainsi que participer à des événements organisés avec des plus il se peut que vous soyez affecté(e) à différents programmes et services au sein de la division de lautisme de Kinark.

Diplôme universitaire collégial ou certificat dans un domaine lié aux services sociaux Bilingue en français et en anglais (oral écrit et lecture). Les candidats devront passer une évaluation de compétence linguistique en français.**
Connaissance du Programme ontarien des services en autisme (POSA) et des rôles des professionnels de la santé
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
Expérience avec un CRM (atout)

Kinark has introduced a benefit that gives employees in eligible roles the opportunity to work partially or fully remote if they choose to opt-in for this benefit. This role (Client Experience Coordinator) is assessed as a Roamer position requiring a few days in the office (3 days per week) unless business demands require.
The Client Experience Coordinator will work 35 hours per week and job duties will include providing information on services to prospective clients; administrative and clinical support; You may be scheduled to work evenings weekends split shifts or shorter shifts of less than 7 hours per day. You may be required to work out of many of Kinark sites based on operational needs as well as participate in partner events. As well you may be assigned to work in different programs and services within the Autism division of Kinark.
Temporary full-time position ending March 31 2026 with potential for renewal
Salary: $37.70 per hour
Location: Multiple Kinark Autism Locations & Virtual
o Answering questions educating articulating fees payment options and completing contract documents for caregiver review and completion.
o Providing information about service offerings and collaborating with the Community Engagement Lead team to converting families to fee for service programs at Kinark;
o Gathering intake information to help determine client suitability for service including obtaining consents and collateral client information; fielding client complaints and concerns; providing service navigation & liaising with community partners; Responding to emails phone calls and other correspondence from external parties (community partners insurance agencies etc.) in an effective respectful and timely manner and helping to build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners
Active participation in community events as a service representative and ambassador of Kinark Supporting the development and distribution of advertising and marketing materials to clients and other relevant community partners to enhance community awareness of program service offerings.
Undergraduate degree college degree or diploma in a field related to the social services.**
Bilingual in French and English (spoken written and reading). Candidates will be required to complete a French language proficiency assessment.
Should have familiarity with Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding as well as the roles/job profiles of various health professionals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (ie. Outlook Excel and Word).
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with good attendance and work performance.
Ability to adapt to change flexibility and problem-solving skills are an asset as well as an ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with CRM an Asset
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Screening).
