Data Project Manager (IT)

We’re hiring a Project Manager, Data Migration & Integrations to join the team at a growing healthcare technology company operating in a highly regulated, data-driven industry.
In this role, you’ll lead technically complex implementations focused on system integrations and data migrations — ensuring accuracy, structure, and seamless delivery. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal technical teams, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.

Someone who takes ownership and drives projects through to completion
Location: Vaughan, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days a week in office)
Own end-to-end delivery of integration and data migration projects for multiple clients
Lead the planning and execution of system integrations between platforms
Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to execute implementation plans
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and deliverables
Identify risks and proactively resolve issues related to integrations and data handling
Facilitate client meetings, technical discussions, and status updates
Ensure successful project completion before transitioning clients to post-implementation teams

⭐ 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementations, or delivery roles, with experience leading SaaS, software implementation, or data migration projects

• Experience managing technical projects involving integrations and/or data migrations
• Strong understanding of system workflows, data structures, or APIs (no coding required, but must be comfortable in technical discussions)
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, or ETL processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a structured and organized way
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail, especially when working with data and system processes

Exposure to healthcare, medical imaging, or other regulated industries
