This role goes beyond basic maintenance. Whether you’re completing general repairs, painting, troubleshooting minor building issues, or responding to urgent service calls, your work will have a direct and visible impact on the spaces where people work, learn, and gather.

The position requires a hands-on, adaptable professional who owns and carries a sufficient set of tools to perform day-to-day maintenance tasks independently. You will be expected to travel between sites as needed within Calgary, Airdrie, Strathmore, and Cochrane, making flexibility and reliability key to success in this role.

We are looking for an individual with a proactive approach to maintenance. Minimum of two three years previous experience considered an asset
A clean driver’s abstract and willingness to travel between sites within Calgary, Airdrie, Strathmore, and Cochrane as required
Ownership of and ability to carry a sufficient set of tools to perform day-to-day maintenance tasks independently
Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
Plumbing knowledge would be considered an asset
Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
Strong customer care and communication skill

As a Maintenance Technician , your primary responsibilities will include:
Perform general maintenance tasks that may include: millwork (countertops), repair/install doors, interior painting, drywall repairs and other similar duties.
Knowledge of using various power tools, painting, drywall repairs an asset
Assist with building operations functions as required
Repair and refinish furniture
Respond immediately to emergencies
Respond immediately to service requests and emergencies that address client and building related issues
