We’re looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to deliver best-in-class campaigns, events and communications at our Vancouver Designer Outlet Centre. Sitting at the heart of the Centre Management Team, you’ll bring our brand to life locally while driving footfall, sales and customer engagement.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you’ll own and deliver the centre marketing strategy driving KPIs while elevating and protecting the brand. You’ll bring regional campaigns to life with flawless local execution and real commercial impact. Leading a Marketing Executive, you’ll orchestrate marketing for store openings, refurbishments and tourism initiatives - creating excitement and footfall. With budget ownership, you’ll track performance rigorously and deliver strong ROI. Last but not least, you’ll build influential partnerships with brands, media, tourism bodies and the local business community, collaborating seamlessly with centre, regional and Head Office teams to achieve shared commercial success.
Strong experience across digital and traditional marketing channels. Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets and reporting.
The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Solid Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
