We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Manager Lottery Product Analytics to join our Planning & Performance team to provide comprehensive reporting on Lottery product performance, customer experience, industry trends, and sales forecasts. Your insights will be crucial in supporting the Lottery, Enterprise Marketing and Customer Experience division in planning, decision-making, budgeting, analysis, and product development. You will be a trusted partner, researcher and consultant within the division in support of development and/or assessment of strategic initiatives, trends and opportunities to enable the growth and evolution of divisional plans YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Director, Lottery Planning & Performance you will be empowered to:
Develop insights from research and other information sources to provide strategic guidance and policy recommendations to inform Lottery Division Roadmap
Understand the divisional strategic direction and OKRs in sufficient detail to support roadmaps/planning
Create presentations and reports to summarize opportunities and risks relevant to the audience (ex. Support the preparation of all executive review materials related to strategic plans across the different workstreams, initiatives, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Fiscal Objective status/progress updates
Provide timely support and analysis to Lottery, Enterprise Marking & Customer Experience used to facilitate engagements with external stakeholders (e.g., Oversee accuracy of deliverables including written reports, research briefs, presentations and training materials
Perform strategic and ad-hoc data analysis related to Lottery products/portfolio; Develop dashboards and define metrics that inform performance of the Lottery product portfolio.
Responsible for measuring and monitoring Lottery product performance with the aim to present product related consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to the Lottery Product team.
Responsible for identifying opportunities in data, and within the Lottery product portfolio, to accelerate product consideration, purchase, adoption, loyalty, retention, engagement, and/or monetization.
Support the Product Manager(s) in the development and proposal of overall product strategies, innovation, presentation of marketplace outcome projections.
Work closely with the product team and finance to identify opportunities to drive changes to the Lottery product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimize product performance.
Coordinate with Product Managers to create business and pricing plans that contribute to profit and growth.
Collaborate with the product managers to capture and document data user stories, use cases, and workflows as related to the customer journey.
Work Experience: - 4+ years of progressive experience in a similar role; minimum 3 years of experience conducting research, developing policy, analyzing data, developing business cases, creating storytelling presentations and making recommendations based on actionable insights
University degree in a relevant field (ex. Business, Computer Science, Research, Public Policy etc.); proficient with MS Office tools including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Expertise in research methodologies, policy development, business case development, financial analysis, data analysis, financial and statistical modeling; strong time management, organization and project management skills; Power BI and/or SQL skills are an asset
