Join the team at Fairmont Banff Springs. Set in one of Western Canada’s most spectacular alpine destinations, Banff offers a unique community of hospitality enthusiasts, outdoor adventure seekers, artists, entertainers, and families alike. The In Room Dining Server position is an exciting position giving you the opportunity to provide food & beverage service in guest rooms as well as serve in the Fairmont Gold Lounge.
Starting Rate: $17.22 per hour
Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. Providing luxury service from early mornings to late nights. Opening servers start as early as 530AM our closing servers stay as late as 1AM.
Running of the Gold floor lounge Food & Beverage component.
Evening canapés service
Barista service
taking guest orders, processing payments, organizing the daily deliveries, assisting the Manager on Duty with service flow
Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment including overnight shifts
- 6 months previous food & beverage experience required
- Wine and cocktail knowledge an asset
- POS knowledge an asset
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
